  We're kicking off GOTV ("get out the vote") for our endorsed candidates and propositions with a series of postcard-writing parties at bars, restaurants, and homes in and around Claremont.  Join us for food, festivities, and fun as we demonstrate the power of earning a DCC endorsement.  Dates:  Sept. 12 (Espiau's), 17 (Claremont Craft Ales), 19 (Cannoli & Dolci), 22 (Sanctuary Coffee).

  Join us for our Monday, Sept. 30, 2024 general membership meeting with our featured presenter, housing advocate Allison Henry (she/her/ella), from LA Forward Institute. 

  Allison works with community members in the San Gabriel Valley and Eastern LA County on tenant rights and housing education to realize more equitable, stable, and healthy housing for all. Prior to joining LA Forward Institute, Allison was a regional organizer for the United Way's Everyone In campaign to end homelessness. She is a co-founder of the San Gabriel Valley Tenants’ Alliance.

  There will be a potluck at 6:30 followed by remarks from Allison. We will break for some campaign outreach to support our endorsed candidates, followed by our general membership meeting.
