The DCC convenes for the third meeting of 2024. The potluck begins at 6:30 pm and the general membership meeting at 7:00 pm. The executive board meeting precedes them at 5:00 pm.

Evaggelos Vallianatos A presentation on anthropogenic climate danger

BA in zoology, University of Illinois; Ph.D. in history, University of Wisconsin; postdoctoral studies in the history of science, Harvard. Worked on Capitol Hill, 2 years, and the US Environmental Protection Agency, 25 years. Taught at the American University, George Washington University, Humboldt State University, University of New Orleans, Bard College, University of Maryland, Pitzer College and Cal Poly Pomona.
